Make videos with Treza in Muse

Give Muse a Treza connector and ask for the video you want. It works in the Muse app and in Muse Code, on the same account and credits.

Free to add. You pay only for what you make.

Set it up in Muse

Muse app

Muse is available in the US and Canada, 18 and over.

  1. 1

    Make a Treza API key

    Sign in at trezalabs.com, open API keys and create a key with the pipelines:read, pipelines:run and pipelines:write permissions.

  2. 2

    Ask Muse for a connector

    Say this in a Muse chat. Muse builds custom connectors itself and walks you through the rest.

    Say to Muse
    Create a custom connector for Treza. Its API is described at https://www.trezalabs.com/openapi.json and it takes an API key as a Bearer token.
  3. 3

    Give Muse the key

    When Muse asks for credentials, paste the key. Muse keeps it in its secure credentials store, not in the chat.

Muse Code

  1. 1

    Add the server

    Add Treza to ~/.config/muse/settings.json. schema_version is required, and mode optional keeps a Treza outage from stopping your session.

    ~/.config/muse/settings.json
    {
      "schema_version": 1,
      "mcp_servers": {
        "treza": {
          "transport": "streamable_http",
          "url": "https://www.trezalabs.com/api/mcp",
          "mode": "optional"
        }
      }
    }
  2. 2

    Sign in

    Run this, then sign in to Treza with Google in the browser.

    Terminal
    muse mcp login treza

Then ask for it the way you would say it

Attach a file or paste a link when the video starts from something you have.

Questions

Is Treza in Muse's connector list?

Not yet. Until it is, Muse builds the connector for you from Treza's public API, which takes a minute and uses the same account and credits.

Can it post the video to my channel?

A pipeline can end with a YouTube or TikTok upload step and post on its own schedule. Posting one video straight from the chat, after you check it on a review card, works in ChatGPT and Claude.

What does it cost?

Adding Treza and signing in are free. Videos spend prepaid credits from your Treza balance, with no subscription, and Treza shows what a render costs and waits for your go-ahead before it starts.

Do my videos and credits carry over between apps?

Yes. Every app signs in to the same Treza account, so your library, your pipelines and your balance are the same in ChatGPT, Claude, Muse, Gemini, Cursor, Codex and on trezalabs.com.

Do I need an API key?

Not where the app can sign in for you: it sends you to Treza to sign in with Google and approve access, and no key goes into the chat or a config file. Apps that only take a key, and tools that run without a person, use a scoped key from the API keys page.
