FLUX.3 Image is an image generation and editing model from Black Forest Labs, the team behind FLUX.2. One model takes a prompt on its own, or a prompt with up to 10 reference images to edit a photo or compose a new scene from several. It renders at fixed resolution tiers, 768, 1K, 1.5K, 2K, and 4K, in fifteen aspect ratios from 21:9 to 9:21, or auto to follow the reference.
On Treza it sits in the Image Generation node's picker and in chat. Leave Resolution on Model default for a 1024 by 1024 square, pick 768 for the cheapest drafts, or step up to 4K for print and large screens. A finished still wires straight into the rest of the pipeline, as a first frame for a video model or a frame in a carousel. It bills from prepaid credits, and only successful runs are charged.
Up to 10 references
Combine a product, a setting, a palette, and a pose in one request and compose a single image from them.
Generate and edit in one model
Write a prompt to start fresh, or attach a photo and describe the change. The same node does both.
Five resolution tiers
768 for drafts, 1K and 1.5K for social, 2K for web, and 4K for print and large screens, each billed at its own rate.
Fifteen aspect ratios
From 21:9 banners to 9:21 tall strips, including 9:16 for Stories and 4:5 for feeds, or auto to match the reference.
What to make with FLUX.3 Image
Prompts to try, and what to expect back. Each runs on an Image Generation node with FLUX.3 Image picked in the model menu.
“A ceramic cup of coffee on a sunlit wooden cafe table, steam rising, shallow depth of field”
A warm product-style still.
“The same folded shirt (attached) on a white marble counter in a bright studio”
Your product moved into a new set.
“Put this chair (attached) in this room (attached) with this fabric (attached), evening light”
One composition from three references.
“A 21:9 hero banner of a desert highway at dusk, 2K”
A wide header at web resolution.
“Twenty 768 thumbnails of a logo mascot in different poses”
Low-cost drafts to choose from.
“A 4K poster of a botanical illustration, 2:3”
A print-ready still.
FLUX.3 Image is one node on a canvas
Chain it with language, image, and video models, then publish the whole pipeline as an API. See how a full AI video pipeline fits together.
- Step 01
Draft the brief
A language model node expands a one-line idea into a detailed, on-brand prompt before it ever reaches the model.
- Step 02
Generate with FLUX.3 Image
Run variants in parallel, compare against other models on the same prompt, and keep every result in run history.
- Step 03
Publish it as an API
The pipeline becomes a versioned endpoint. Your product calls it with the typed /invoke API or any OpenAI SDK.
FLUX.3 Image as an API, priced per image
The FLUX.3 Image API
Build a pipeline with FLUX.3 Image on a node and publish it. It becomes a versioned HTTP endpoint: the typed /invoke route enqueues a run and returns a run id to poll, and an OpenAI-compatible route works with SDKs you already use. Agents connect over MCP the same way. Your prompt engineering ships inside the pipeline, so every caller gets your quality, and swapping the model later does not change the API your product calls.
FLUX.3 Image pricing
Prepaid credits, no subscription. Each image is charged at FLUX.3 Image's own rate from your balance, shown before you run, and only successful generations are charged, so a failed run costs nothing. Credit packs start at $5 and never expire, which suits spiky production schedules. Run history records the cost of every generation, per node, so spend is auditable rather than a surprise.
FLUX.3 Image, answered
How many reference images can FLUX.3 Image take?
Up to 10 in one request. Wire them into the Image Generation node's reference input, or attach them in chat, and describe how they should combine.
Which resolutions does FLUX.3 Image support?
Five tiers: 768, 1K, 1.5K, 2K, and 4K. Each has its own price, rising with size, and Model default renders 1K. Pick the tier on the node.
How is FLUX.3 Image different from FLUX.2 Pro?
FLUX.3 Image takes up to 10 reference images and renders at fixed tiers up to 4K, billed per image by tier. FLUX.2 Pro bills by the megapixels its aspect ratio renders. Run one prompt through both on two nodes and compare.
How much does FLUX.3 Image cost on Treza?
Treza uses prepaid credits with no subscription. Each image is charged at FLUX.3 Image's rate from your balance, and only successful generations are charged. Credit packs start at $5 and never expire.
Can I call FLUX.3 Image through an API?
Yes. Build a pipeline that uses FLUX.3 Image and publish it as a versioned HTTP endpoint. Call the typed /invoke API from your product, or point any OpenAI SDK at the OpenAI-compatible endpoint. If a better model ships later, swap it on the node without changing the API your product calls.
