Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the Treza partner program (the "Program"), operated by Treza ("Treza," "we," "our," or "us"). The Program lets approved participants ("Affiliates," "you") earn commissions by referring new customers to trezalabs.com.

The Program is administered through PromoteKit, a third-party affiliate platform. By joining, you also agree to PromoteKit's own terms of service, and you consent to Treza sharing Program-related data (such as clicks, referrals, and commission amounts) with PromoteKit for the purpose of running the Program.

By enrolling in the Program you accept these Terms, and your use of the Treza platform itself remains governed by the Treza Terms of Service, which these Terms incorporate by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and able to receive payouts through our supported payout methods to participate.

We may accept, reject, suspend, or remove any Affiliate at any time and at our sole discretion, including where an Affiliate's audience, content, or promotional methods are not a fit for the Treza brand. We may also close or pause the Program itself as described in Section 9.

Each Affiliate receives a unique referral link. A customer counts as your referral when they visit trezalabs.com through your link and the tracking cookie attributes them to you at the time they make a purchase. Attribution is last-click and the tracking cookie currently lasts 60 days from the most recent click.

Tracking is performed by PromoteKit. Its records are the system of record for clicks, referrals, and commissions, and we cannot credit referrals that the tracking system did not capture, including purchases made by customers who blocked cookies, used a different browser or device, or arrived through a link other than yours.

A customer who already has a Treza account, or who previously arrived through another affiliate's link within the attribution window, may not be attributed to you.

You earn a commission equal to 30% of eligible purchases made by your referred customers. Eligible purchases are payments actually received by Treza for prepaid credit packs and subscription plans, net of refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and taxes.

Promotional, trial, or gifted credits, and any purchase that is later refunded or charged back, do not generate commission. If a commission has already been paid on a purchase that is subsequently refunded or charged back, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your future payouts.

Commission rates, attribution windows, and other Program parameters may change prospectively as described in Section 9. Changes do not retroactively affect commissions already earned.

Payouts are made monthly via PayPal to the account you provide in the affiliate dashboard. Commissions become eligible for payout after a settling period following the end of the month in which they were earned, which allows time for refunds and chargebacks to surface.

You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes on amounts you receive under the Program. You are an independent contractor. Nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and Treza.

We may withhold or reverse payouts connected to activity we reasonably believe violates these Terms while we investigate.

The following will result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and removal from the Program, and may result in the reversal of paid commissions:

• Self-referral: purchasing through your own link, or referring accounts you own or control.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, or any technique that sets the tracking cookie without a genuine, intentional click.
• Bidding on Treza brand terms (including misspellings and variations such as "Treza" or "Treza Labs") in paid search, or directing paid traffic to trezalabs.com through your link.
• Registering domains, social media handles, or app listings that impersonate Treza or are confusingly similar to our marks.
• Misleading promotion: fabricated results, unauthorized income claims, fake reviews, or presenting yourself as an employee or official representative of Treza.
• Spam: unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, or posting your link in violation of any platform's rules.
• Offering unauthorized rebates, cash-backs, or incentives in exchange for purchases through your link.
• Promoting Treza on or alongside content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with the Treza brand.

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Treza wherever you share your link, as required by the United States FTC Endorsement Guides and any equivalent rules in your jurisdiction. A plain statement such as "I earn a commission if you buy through my link" placed near the link satisfies this.

You are solely responsible for your content and for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to it.

While you are in the Program, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Treza name and logo solely to promote Treza under these Terms. You may not modify our marks, use them in your own product names, domains, or handles, or suggest sponsorship or endorsement beyond your role as an independent affiliate. This license ends when your participation ends.

We may update these Terms, adjust commission rates or attribution windows, or discontinue the Program at any time. Material changes take effect prospectively upon posting to this page or notice through the affiliate dashboard, and your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, validly earned commissions that are not connected to a violation of these Terms are paid out on the normal schedule, and commissions accrued in violation of these Terms are forfeited. Sections 5 through 12 survive termination.

The Program, the tracking system, and the affiliate dashboard are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, referral volume, or tracking availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the Program, and our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the commissions paid or payable to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed in the same manner as the Treza Terms of Service, and any disputes will be resolved in the same forum specified there. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
